PHHL Select FAQ

We form a team at each eligible age group to represent the League in two competitive travel hockey tournaments.

What age groups are eligible?

10u, 12u, 14u, 16u/18u

Can my 8u player play up for the 10u team?

Unfortunately no. Carolina Amateur Hockey Association (our governing body) will not permit kids to play up an age group on a traveling team. So even if your 8u aged player is excelling in 10u so far this season, this is not a negotiable boundary.
