Polar Ice Customers,
As NC progresses with it’s reopening stages, we are continually updating our business plan to accommodate programming that we feel we can safely operate. With NC progressing to phase 2.5, our options are opening further. We are currently enrolling limited levels of our LTS classes, operating our youth hockey and figure skating programs, and gauging interest in adult programming. We are continuing to offer our Camp Chillin programs as well at select locations as we attempt to adapt with what the needs of our customers are, dependent on their school situations. Over the coming weeks we will be analyzing the safest ways to bring back other drop in programming like stick and puck, public skating, and individual freestyle skating. We hope to bring these offerings back to market in late September or early October.
As we progress forward, we are staying cautious at the same time and only offering programs we feel we can facilitate safely. Our rigorous cleaning schedule is still in effect which cleans each area following every groups use. Our buildings are still spectator-less as we feel this keeps our participants and staff the safest possible while complying with NC indoor gathering limits. All guests 5 and older, along with our staff members, must wear masks when entering the buildings and when in gathering areas. A full list of our building protocols can be found attached below.
We are thrilled to be able to serve a larger portion of our customer base again! We hope that you are able to come and join us when you and your family feel ready to do so. See everyone back on the ice soon!
