All players have the ability to play up to the level they will be required to play in the fall of 2024, or stay at their current level. This is a 100% personal choice, that is majorly based on maturity and skill set.
6U, 8U, 10U, 14U practices are Saturdays and games are Sundays. 12U will have practice Friday night with games on Saturday. 16U/18U will just have games on Saturday.
The younger the player, the likely earlier the time slot for your practices.
We offer two payment options for registering for the spring league. Families will have the option to pay in full at the time of registration or choose the "Payment Plan" option. This option will split the registration fee into 2 payments.
*6U/8U/16+18U- $200 payment at registration. Remaining balance deducted on April 19th.

Yes, there will be a $50 discount for players who played in the PHHL Fall 2023 Season. This will automatically be applied at checkout when using the same account you used to register in the fall.
Unfortunately, the PHHL does NOT provide goalie gear for players to try goalie at those age groups. The PHHL DOES provide goalie gear for each 8U team.
If you are the home team, you will wear RED. If you are the away team, you will wear WHITE. Home team is marked with a little house next to the name ON Daysmart. More info on the Daysmart FAQ if needed.
There will be 8 practices throughout the season.

- Comparing to the 10U, both 12U and 14U only have two/three teams on the ice while practicing and we book 1.25 hours of ice for their games versus 10U only booking 1 hour of ice for games. Officials for those games also cost more than 10U officials due to age and game duration.
- Comparing to 16/18u, 12U and 14U have a lot more practice time built into the cost of their programs.
No. Videotaping and pictures can take place from benches intermittently as long as they are not disturbing the flow of the game for players. Anything distracting to the players will be considered improper rink etiquette, therefore a removable offense.
There are NO conferences available in 16U/18U since a majority of their events are games, which can be scheduled at any of our polar locations.
6U and 8U will have a Jamboree style end of season event. They will play shorter games (20 or 30 minutes) and play up to 4 games. 10U-18U will have single elimination playoffs with a two game guarantee. The format of the playoff will be decided based on how many teams are in each division.
Yes! We will have a pre-determined amount that will be applied at checkout, automatically. If for some reason you do not see this reflected at checkout, please contact league officials.
Yes. 10u/12u/14u/16u/18u we keep score. For our 6u/8u brackets we DO NOT keep score.
We do not track stats at any age bracket.
Wins = 2 pts, Ties = 1 pt, Losses = 0 pts. At the end of the season, teams at a given level will have a total amount of points ranking them all from first, second, and so on. If there are teams that are tied up, then we would go to the following tie breakers in this order. First is points, second is head to head, third is point differential. In certain situations, when uneven amounts of games have been played, we will use a point differential to determine ranking.

Yes. All teams make the playoffs AND teams are "seeded" in the playoffs determined by the League standings.
