Your child is 3 - 6 years old and has a lot of ice skating experience AND/OR finished Snowplow Sam.

It looks like your little one is a proficient skater and needs to jump into our "Kindercanes" program! Our Kindercanes program is a direct pipeline into our 6U league program and occasionally our 8U league program. This means upon completing the class, you would enter into league play if so desired! Kindercanes is a full gear, learn to play hockey program. 

Skaters will go over the following:

• skating forward and backwards with puck
• power turns
• stopping and starting
• balance and comfort on ice
• passing and shooting
• small games

Skaters will need following gear:

• Helmet with cage
• Hockey skates
• Shin pads with socks 
• Hockey Pants with athletic cup/jill
• Shoulder pads
• Elbow pads
• Jersey
• Gloves
• Stick

Finally! Your child has made it through the Kindercanes program. It is time to check which season we are currently in. August through March is our Fall Season. March through June is our Spring Season. So your next step is to go to our www.phhl.org and check the front page to confirm which season we are in and which stage of that season we are in. This will allow you to know if you can go ahead and register immediately (before evaluations) or if you need to email league administrators in order to register(after evaluations). The sooner your register, the better!
